Viewing Property Details

You can browse the SPEED portal to view details about any property. The details also include environmental analysis data for that property, if available.

Note: This panel and the options on it are available to all users except unregistered Guest users.

To view property details:

Build and run a basic or advanced query.
In the Query Results panel, select the check box next to the property you want to view details for.

Note: You can select multiple properties to view and step through them one-by-one.

Click Property Details. Details for the selected property display in the Property Details panel at the bottom of the page.

Note: If you selected multiple properties to view, use the Previous Parcel and Next Parcel buttons at the top of the panel to scroll through the list of properties.

Under Property Resources, select the category to view the environmental analysis data in that category.

Note: Links display for all properties. A link to the OPD will be displayed indicating that a property has a record in the OPD. (This option is not yet available.)

Minimize or close the Property Details panel, if desired, when finished viewing properties to expand the map view.
